Cesar Morales Perez, born and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, has always been committed to service. In 2019, he left the island to join the U.S. Air Force, dedicating his life to serving his country. Currently, he serves an Active Duty member stationed at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. With years of experience in military aviation, Cesar has honed his discipline and embraced the principle of putting service before self, both personally and professionally.

Our Operations Team serves as the main hub for all transactions and works directly with sellers and buyers in coordinating all critical aspects of the process. From showing requests, inspections, contracts, and final walkthroughs, our Ops team is the internal arm for all timelines and day-to-day processes. Operating diligently alongside our Team Lead & the agents, they are constantly making sure our agents are giving their clients first-class service.

MARKETING TEAM
Our Marketing Team has played a pivotal role in the team’s success with digital innovation over the last three years. From content production, creative strategy, asset design, and execution, they have had great success in creating marketing campaigns that drive interest and capture the attention of potential clients. Along with handling the Marketing department, this team is also in charge of managing the Listing side of our business as well. This entails everything from scheduling photography to working the backend of the MLS and ultimately selling our listings.
